I was inspired by the House of Sand by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos to recreate its design. I’m captivated by its blend of modern architecture and the natural landscape. Located in a serene environment, this contemporary home fits perfectly with its surroundings.

The project is designed across two levels: The ground floor features four bedrooms, three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It also includes a hallway, a staircase, and an outdoor terrace that opens up to a large swimming pool. The first floor includes a staircase, a kitchen, a dining room, a living area, and a guest toilet, creating a perfect space for living and entertaining. is this good.
